We stayed at Gudsmith Home for a week during our vacation in Sri Lanka. The host and staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast offered every morning. Additionally, the host went above and beyond by picking us up from the train station and dropping us off at the airport. Highly recommended.

The room had a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, perfect for preparing our own meals. We enjoyed having a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. It felt luxurious and convenient. The apartment had a cozy sitting area and a kitchen, which made us feel right at home. Plus, the free WiFi was a major bonus. The balcony was a lovely addition. It gave us a nice outdoor space to enjoy the fresh air.

Personally, I didn't particularly like the slippers provided in the private bathroom. However, I understand that others may still find them useful.

Stayed at a hotel with free WiFi and air conditioning, had a restaurant and a shared lounge. got to enjoy cycling nearby and had access to free newspapers. Oh, and there's even an outdoor tennis court for some recreational fun.

Stayed in a charming guesthouse with spacious rooms, own kitchen & lounge, and en suite bathroom. Enjoyed a personalized tour of local attractions including lagoon, fishing markets, beaches, temples, and colonial houses. Host, a tennis club captain, even organized a friendly game. Would highly recommend this place for friendly hosts and great value for money.

Ah, the vintage furniture! It took me back to the good old days, and not in a good way.

Spacious accommodation with private bathroom, AC, fridge, kitchen, terrace or balcony. Great breakfast with a variety of Western or Sri Lankan options. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Rohan, the owner, provided a free airport pick-up and gave us lots of information about the area and Sri Lanka. He arranged a boat trip and transportation to our next destination at a fair price. The hosts go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

The hosts at this place are incredibly accommodating. They are willing to assist with early check-ins, late check-outs, and airport/railway station transfers. Meals, other than the included breakfast, can be arranged upon request and are delicious. the host also goes above and beyond to help guests explore the area, organizing boat trips and ayurvedic massages at local spas. the care and attention given by the hosts make this place a top choice for a return visit.
